The aim of the session was to review how changes in the political and legislative landscape are impacting life sciences. Therefore, ‘the spectre of compulsory licensing’, ‘harmonisation: UPC or its alternatives’ and ‘final considerations on the brink of Brexit’ were the main topics of the session.
