Elif is an experienced intellectual property lawyer specialized in patent, trademark, copyright, design and unfair competition disputes. Elif provides tailor-made counselling to its sector leading multinational clients. She is also involved in multijurisdictional biotech litigation (genetic technology litigation) and also represented world leading pharma, agrochemical and chemical companies in complex patent and trademark litigations. She was the main moderator of the Café 16 with the topic of “Patent & AI – past present and future” in AIPPI World Congress 2021. Finally, she is also shortlisted as ‘IP rising star” in LMG Life Sciences Awards EMEA 2022.
