Oya is an intellectual property lawyer representing local and international clients in trademark, patent, design, copyright and unfair competition disputes before Turkish Courts. She is involved in conducting anti-counterfeiting projects including protection of IP rights before the Customs. Oya also advises clients in trademark prosecution, opposition and domain name matters.
